Framework Design & Implementation

Cedar leverages its 3 decades of Balanced Scorecard expertise to develop and execute a best-in-class performance management framework with a holistic approach. Our methodology is used to develop a pay-for-performance culture driven by clear measurement, improved target setting, and strong executive alignment.

Through conducting one-on-one interviews with department heads and other key stakeholders, we’ll gain an in-depth understanding of future requirements for critical roles and develop custom KPIs and KRAs for your selected positions. The exercise will also involve developing a bespoke weightage framework and setting appropriate targets in accordance with international best practices.
