Greg is a Senior Associate Director in Cedar’s US offices. He possesses over 25 years of experience across a variety of roles in the overall Food & Beverage industry. His unique mix of culinary, product development, insight, and strategic planning skills have been the basis for a long list of successes; some of which include the turning around of $200 million worth of declining brands such as A.1. Steak Sauce and Grey Poupon (Kraft Foods).
Greg has been an advisor and strategic expert to major Food & Beverage processors and operators including Burger King, Heinz, Marriott, McCormick and Tyson. He currently also spends some of his time exploring the kitchenware, dinnerware and culinary education business with US retailer Sur La Table. He is a BS in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, with an MBA from the University of Colorado.
