Engagement Manager, Fintech Consulting Practice
Cedar is an award winning global strategy consulting firm, with a significant banking and FinTech consulting practice. It’s FinTech research unit IBS Intelligence is a global news, research and analyst firm focused on the Fintech space.
Engagement Managers in this role will be responsible for managing consulting projects as part of Cedar’s Fintech practice. While the primary focus is to work on IT strategy, program management, CIO Advisory, Technology health check engagements, there will also be significant opportunities to work on cases across strategy formulation, process and business transformation areas. Primary responsibility includes consulting engagement delivery, client relationship, team management and assistance in identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing relationship. As an EM, additional responsibilities also include proposal development and cross-sell within existing client relationships. The role involves travel on a regular basis.
Your profile should include about 7- 10 years of relevant experience- preferably in Project lead/ management roles. A good understanding of the BFSI segment, banking technology experience, any relevant certifications will be an advantage. An enterprising personality, good leadership qualities, strong analytics, and presentation skills is a given.
