In his role as Global Chief Marketing Officer, he focuses on optimizing and efficiently utilizing marketing resources to leap-frog brand presence, sales effectiveness, and overall mindshare for current and prospective clients. He also plays an overall strategic group-wide role in a variety of initiatives across marketing and sales.
Ojas is a marketer at heart with over 20 years of experience in tailoring multi-channel marketing strategies that align to customers’ needs. He’s passionate about new marketing tactics and automation. Having worked with start-ups, mid-sized, and large organizations, Ojas brings in multi-faceted experience in marketing, business development, sales, operations, customer service, quality, and training. He has successfully built top-to-mid funnel marketing strategies using digital channels, thought-leadership content, and has automated campaigns to drive conversations with customers.
He holds a B.Sc. (Physics & Electronic Instrumentation) degree from the University of Mumbai. He’s completed his executive education from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and is also an alumnus of the Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York. Additionally, Ojas has earned certifications in Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman, in Advanced Business Analytics using R, and leads high-performance, outcome-focused teams with empathy.
Ojas is presently working on his doctoral thesis - a mix of personalized and automated marketing tactics that influence buying decisions in B2B professional services. In his free time, he loves to host people to his new recipes and unique culinary experiences.
