The Principal / Associate Director is a senior delivery leader within Cedar's financial services practice. This role is focused on the execution and day-to-day management of consulting engagements — you will own the quality and pace of client work, lead internal teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders. At this stage, there is no expectation of business development responsibility; the focus is entirely on outstanding delivery.

The Engagement Manager plays a central role in the delivery of Cedar's consulting work. You will manage the day-to-day execution of client engagements, lead workstreams, and guide junior team members — working closely with Principal/Associate Director and Director-level colleagues to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.

As a Consultant at Cedar, you will be an active contributor to client engagements from day one. You will work within project teams led by Engagement Managers and senior leadership, applying structured thinking and rigorous analysis to help solve complex challenges for financial services clients across the Middle East.

The Associate Consultant (Arabic Speaker) is an entry-level consulting role focused on execution and support across engagements. Responsibilities include primary and secondary research, data collection and analysis, financial and quantitative support, and the preparation of charts, models, and slides for review. The role works within defined tasks under supervision, coordinates with the engagement team, and is expected to deliver accurate, well-organised work to deadline. It offers exposure to live client engagements and to Cedar’s strategy and Financial Services expertise, providing a strong foundation for progression within the consulting track.

Our Consulting Intern programme is designed for individuals who want a genuine consulting experience — not a passive one. Interns at Cedar are embedded within project teams and contribute directly to client engagements under the guidance of Consultants, Engagement Managers, and senior leadership. This is a minimum four-month role, reflecting our commitment to giving interns time to develop, add real value, and grow within the team.
