Aditya has core proficiency in the banking and financial services sector, where he has spent 15 years driving transformation and change. With 250+ successful improvement projects implemented, he has a proven track record of delivering cost-saving solutions, with a total impact of around 30 million USD. He has also trained and empowered over 500 professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to drive excellence in their organizations.
